And because I’m all for cultural exchange, here’s a video of the University of the East Chorale from the Philippines singing “Blessing of the Road” (축복의길). This a beautiful Korean song that is sometimes sung in weddings because of its inspiring message about love and happiness.
The UE Chorale actually won the Grand Prix in the Busan International Choral Competition back in 2006 and 2007. Listening to this, I’m totally not surprised why. It’s such a heart-warming rendition of the song. I would absolutely feel honored to have them singing this song in my wedding. Not that I’m getting hitched anytime soon. ㅎㅎㅎ
