The University of the Philippines Department of Linguistics will be having the 2012 Philippine Korean Studies Symposium on Feb. 20. This will be held at the Bahay Kalinaw in UP Diliman from 8 am to 5:30 pm. With its aim of promoting the Korean language and Korean studies in the Philippines, the symposium will cover various topics ranging from Korean linguistics, language teaching, culture, and society.
