Are you interested in pursuing a degree for any arts-related discipline in Korea?

Korea National University of Arts is currently accepting applications for the Asian Major Arts Scholarship (AMA). Sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism, this program aims to bring together the best art students  from 19 countries in the Asian region.

The scholarship will cover full tuition fees, Korean language program fees, living expenses, and round-trip travel expenses. Even cultural field trips and extra-curricular programs will be included in the scholarship.

Around 20 scholarship grantees will be chosen for both Bachelors and Masters Programs.  These grantees can be for various departments in the Korean National University which includes Music; Drama; Film, TV & Multimedia; Dance; Visual Arts; Korean Traditional Arts; and Inter-School Divisions (Creative Writing, Art Management, and Musical Theater Writing).

Eligible applicants must come from the Philippines, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Burma, Cambodia, China, Laos, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, and Krygyzstan.
