The Asian-American electro hip-hop quartet that produced the Billboard hit, “Like A G6”, will be making Manila move to their unique groove at Republiq on March 21! The Far East Movement is composed of Korean Americans Prohgress (James Roh) and J-Splif (Jae Choung), Jap/Chi American Kev Nish (Kevin Nishimura), and Filipino American DJ Virman (Virman Coquia). Their sound has been featured in American movies and television shows like Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, CSI: Miami, CSI: NY, Gossip Girl, and Entourage.
Platinum/Gold Tables to their gig in Manila are at P35,000 (good for 15 pax including two 750mL Absolut bottles and mixers), Silver Tables are at P25,000 (good for 12 pax including two 750mL Absolut bottles and mixers), Bronze Tables are at P20,000 (good for 10 pax including two 750mL Absolut bottles and mixers), Front Row Cocktails are at P22,000 (good for 7 pax including one Absolut bottle and mixers), while Marble and Fly are at P15,000 (good for 5 pax including one 750mL Absolut bottle and mixers).
Tickets and tables may be reserved by calling 0917-5508888 or by logging into http://www.REPUBLIQCLUB.com. Do take note that tables must be paid three days after making the reservation.
There will also be Far East Movement tickets that will be sold soon with prices starting at P2,000 – so watch out for that if you don’t have a big partying crew. This is actually what I’m looking out for since not all of my friends enjoy club partying.
Since this is a club, valid IDs must also be presented during the night of the event. Proper dress code must be followed since people wearing slippers and t-shirts will not be allowed in (I suggest you just wear a jacket/blazer on top of a shirt if you’re going for relaxed casual).
Thanks to FarEastMovementVEVO for the video.
